    My approach

    With over 20 years of providing therapy to individuals, I have witnessed abundant transformation and growth, allowing me to confidently offer hope for healing. Utilizing EMDR, I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness to help people with a wide range of challenges. I work with individuals experiencing PTSD, panic attacks, anxiety, and complicated grief. We will work closely to explore the struggles you are facing, locate the underlying causes, and discover opportunities to change the thought patterns and responses that are keeping you from being the person you want to be.
